WWE.com just released the following statement that Jimmy wang Yang have just been suspended for 30 day for breaking the wellnes policy. This have been released on WWE.com a few minutes ago and reported on Rajah.com a few minutes later. Here's the article from Rajah.com

June 9, 2008

STAMFORD, Conn., June 9, 2008 – In accordance with its Talent Wellness Program, WWE® has suspended James Yun (Jimmy Wang Yang) for 30 days for his first violation of the company’s policy.
